I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Biodiversity at the Universitat de Barcelona (UB), where I am delving into evolutionary biology and the analysis of biological datasets, especially genomics and phylogenetics.

During my master’s studies, I am acquiring skills in bioinformatics and statistical methods applied to large datasets. In my Master’s Thesis, I will participate in the study of the coral microbiome and its composition under thermal stress, based on data already generated. I am particularly interested in understanding how climate change affects biodiversity and how symbiotic interactions can modulate the response of organisms to environmental stress. This project integrates my interests in data analysis and bioinformatics with marine biology and biodiversity research.
